As anticipation for his return to the spotlight grew, Usher was announced as the headliner for the Super Bowl LVIII halftime show, a moment he described as the “honor of a lifetime.” Promising a groundbreaking performance, he simultaneously revealed plans for the album’s release, initially slated for February 11, 2024, before being moved up to February 9.
