Hours after his arrest in New York, a federal indictment against Combs was unsealed, revealing shocking allegations. The indictment accuses the 54-year-old of sex trafficking, racketeering, forced labor, and other serious crimes. According to the documents, Combs is alleged to have organized “Freak Offs,” elaborate sex performances where victims were coerced into engaging in sexual acts with commercial sex workers.

The indictment details how Combs allegedly arranged, directed, and recorded these events, transporting sex workers across state lines and internationally. It also claims that Combs distributed controlled substances to maintain victim compliance and used IV fluids for recovery.

The raid, executed in March 2024 at Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles, uncovered various supplies used in these illicit activities, including a large quantity of baby oil. The indictment further accuses Combs of physical and emotional abuse towards his victims, maintaining control through violence and coercion.

Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has stated that his client will plead not guilty and fight the charges vigorously. Agnifilo described the charges as unjust and emphasized Combs’ intent to clear his name in court.
