Diddy Selling L.A. Mansion for $70M After Federal Raid

Diddy is ready to bid farewell to Los Angeles, as he puts his Holmby Hills mansion up for sale at a significant price.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that the embattled rap mogul is attempting to sell the property off-market for much more than he originally paid. Diddy purchased the house for $40 million in 2014 and now seeks approximately $70 million. However, our sources suggest this price is quite ambitious.

The mansion has become associated with recent unpleasant memories. As reported earlier, Homeland Security agents raided the property in March, tearing out electronics and other items during their search for evidence related to human trafficking and other crimes.

Diddy has made up his mind to leave Los Angeles and has no plans to find another residence in the city. Although he was in L.A. for a few days last month, he has mostly been spending his time in Miami.

Recently, Diddy was spotted in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he enjoyed river rafting over the weekend.

Meanwhile, a grand jury is currently reviewing evidence, though it remains unclear when a decision will be made regarding a potential indictment.
