Lamar’s track includes the line, “Fucked on Wayne’s girl while he was in jail, that’s conniving / Then get his face tatted like a bitch, apologizing.” This allegation has historical roots, as Lil Wayne confirmed in his 2016 memoir, “Gone ‘Til November.” Wayne shared that during a visit to Rikers Island, Drake confessed to having been with his girlfriend before Wayne and she were officially together.
Wayne recalled the painful revelation: “As a man, honestly, that shit hurt… and not because it was Drake. It could’ve been any man and it would’ve hurt the same. She said it happened way before we got together, but she just never told me.”
This diss track marks Lamar’s third release targeting Drake within 48 hours, escalating the tension between the two rappers. Alongside personal accusations, Lamar criticizes Drake for his associations and behavior, further fueling the highly publicized rap feud.
