“Kuko Uri Igihangange” is a song performed by Chorale de Kigali, a prominent and respected choir based in Kigali, Rwanda. The choir, founded in 1966, has a rich history and is known for its contribution to choral music, particularly in Rwanda.

Originally comprised only of male singers, it later incorporated female voices in 1987. The founding members were Rwandan musicians who had been trained in seminaries and schools run by Catholic missionaries, with prominent figures such as Late Professor Paulin Muswahili and Late Saulve Iyamuremye being notable members.
