The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims to have met the couple at a party in L.A. while serving in the U.S. Air Force. According to her statement, the alleged assault occurred after she and a friend joined T.I. and Tiny at a nightclub’s VIP section, where they were offered drinks. The evening reportedly ended in a hotel room where the plaintiff alleges nonconsensual sexual acts took place, including being undressed and showered by Tiny and later being assaulted by both T.I. and Tiny.
Legal documents state that the plaintiff accused T.I. of penetrating her with his toe against her will. She reported waking up the next day experiencing severe pain. This lawsuit has been filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which allows for legal action even after the statute of limitations has expired.
The couple has strongly denied the allegations. In a statement, they expressed their frustration over the lawsuit’s timing, maintaining their innocence, and dismissing the claims as “fake.” Their lawyer also emphasized that the claims were not only baseless but also filed past the legal deadline.
This lawsuit adds to the growing number of accusations against T.I. and Tiny. As reported by Fox 5 Atlanta, over 30 women have accused the couple of various forms of sexual misconduct over 15 years in different states. However, a similar case filed in Los Angeles was dismissed in September 2021.
