Kanye West Files for Unconventional Trademark Inspired by Bianca Censori, Plans to Launch Wide-Ranging Product Line

American rapper and fashion icon, Kanye West, is stirring the pot once again! This time, it’s in the trademark world. Kanye, aged 46, has filed to register a phrase that’s not just any phrase – it’s inspired by his wife, Bianca Censori.

Titled ‘I MISS YOU WHEN I WAKE UP BEFORE YOU,’ this line isn’t new to Kanye’s fans. He used it as an Instagram caption for Bianca’s 29th birthday post, a sweet tribute that caught everyone’s attention. But Kanye’s plans go beyond social media.

Filed on January 11, the rapper intends to use this phrase for an incredibly diverse range of goods and services. Think ‘biological cloning,’ ‘moisturizers,’ and even ‘plush toys.’ But that’s not all – Kanye is also looking at ‘wireless receivers in the form of jewellery.’ Talk about variety!

Kanye’s attorney, Gregory K. Nelson, confirmed the news, stating that these applications were filed under Ox Paha, Inc., the same company behind Kanye’s YEWS and YEEZY PODS trademarks.

The list of proposed uses continues with items like ‘floating recreational lounge chairs,’ ‘squeezable squeaking toys,’ and even a venture into ‘furnishing design.’ Plus, Kanye is eyeing the digital space with a social networking website for charitable gifts and ‘horological and chronometric instruments.’

Though the trademark application has been accepted, it hasn’t been assigned to an examiner yet. Kanye will need to demonstrate actual use of the trademark in these categories to secure full protection.
