Reported by Bloomberg, Ronaldo’s new property is situated on Jumeirah Bay Island, a secluded enclave renowned for its ultra-wealthy residents. The mansion, expected to be handed over in 2024, is speculated to have cost tens of millions of euros, a figure befitting Ronaldo’s £175m-a-year earnings with his Saudi club.
The details of the mansion are as opulent as they are impressive. Spanning 30,000 square meters, it boasts six bedrooms, private beach access, a seven-car showroom, a spa, and a swimming pool with a stunning view of downtown Dubai. The property also includes accommodations for staff.
