Victoria Beckham Expresses Regret Over 90s Boob Job, Hesitates to Discuss with Daughter Harper

Fashion icon and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has candidly discussed her past cosmetic surgeries, particularly expressing regret over her 90s boob job. Beckham, who initially denied having undergone plastic surgery, eventually opened up about her breast implants, revealing a significant transformation from a natural 34A to a 34DD.

Her biographer Andrew Morton disclosed that Beckham had her first breast implant surgery at a London clinic in 1999, following the birth of her first son, Brooklyn. Later, in an issue of Allure magazine, the mother-of-four shared her feelings of regret over the implants. However, she mentioned that she’s not yet ready to have an open conversation about it with her 12-year-old daughter, Harper.

Victoria reflected on her decision, saying, “If I’m honest, I wish I’d never [gotten implants]. It was a moment in time, and I think I can share my experiences with her, but we’re not there just yet.”

In a 2014 discussion with the magazine, Beckham humorously commented on her past decision, stating, “I don’t have them anymore. I think I may have purchased them.” According to Morton, her initial enhancement surgery cost her £10,000, and she reportedly underwent a second operation in 2001 to increase her bust size further to 34DD.

The designer is believed to have had her first breast enhancement in 1999, a second in 2006, and then reduced them in 2009, famously telling US Vogue, “Torpedo bazookas, gone!” This journey of cosmetic changes reflects the evolving self-image and perspectives of Beckham over the years.

In an earlier interview with Piers Morgan for the BBC’s “Tabloid Tales” in April 2003, Beckham humorously claimed her natural status, with the exception of her fingernails, some hair help, and a bit of a St. Tropez fake tan. This open dialogue about her cosmetic procedures demonstrates Beckham’s journey towards self-acceptance and her changing stance on beauty standards.
