The saga unfolded when the hair vendor publicly claimed that Phyna had not returned the wig as per their agreement. Initially, Phyna denied these allegations. However, she later conceded that she had attempted to return the wig after being publicly called out, but the vendor refused to accept it back. Phyna justified her decision to keep the wig, stating that the vendor’s actions had caused her more harm than the cost of the wig itself.
The matter escalated when Phyna shared with her fans that the hair vendor, accompanied by police officers, visited her house in her absence and left a police invitation letter. Relaying the incident, Phyna said, “Yesterday, my younger sister called me and said I’ve visitors in my house. Two policemen, the hairstylist, and one woman were there. They left a letter from the Nigeria Police for an invitation from the DPO Nigeria Police Ogudu.”
Phyna, puzzled by the location of Ogudu, expressed her intention to find out and respond accordingly. She further cautioned in another post, “In this life, make sure they don’t patronize your enemies for you.”
This incident has put the spotlight on Phyna once again, albeit in a less favorable light, raising questions about the intricacies of celebrity endorsements and agreements.
