The controversy began when a video emerged showing students dancing to Zuchu’s ‘Honey‘ at Tunduru Primary School. Critics argued that the lyrics were unsuitable for the school environment. This led to the suspension of the headteachers by the Minister of Education, Professor Adolf Mkenda, on November 2, 2023.
