Tanzanian singer Zuhura Othman, widely known as Zuchu, has strongly refuted claims of skin bleaching. “I don’t bleach my skin,” Zuchu asserted. “I only use natural products to take care of my skin.”

She went on to emphasize the authenticity of the video, stating, “This video is for all those who have doubted my skin. It’s pure, without any filters, taken directly from the camera. I use coconut oil on my body, and this is my true skin. I believe my skin is perfectly fine.”

Confident in her own skin, Zuchu made it clear that she does not pay attention to others’ opinions.

“I am not a doll, and yes, I may have some dark spots here and there, but that’s a work in progress,” she stated.

Zuchu further expressed the difference between her approach to skincare and that of others who resort to skin bleaching. Instead, she opts for natural processes to heal her skin from pigmentation, darkness, wounds, or blemishes.
