Keke Palmer was born on August 26, 1993, in Harvey, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. She is the daughter of Larry Palmer and Sharon Palmer, both of whom are former actors. Keke grew up in a Christian household and was homeschooled for most of her childhood.
