Usajili watahiniwa wa Kujitegemea CSEE na QT 2022 Independent Candidates, Usajili 2022, NECTA 2022, CSEE 2022, Ada watahiniwa QT 2022.

Executive Secretary, Examinations Council of Tanzania would like to inform all people
who hope to take the Form Four (CSEE) and Knowledge (QT) Test in November,
2022 as Independent Candidates that;

  1. The normal Registration period will start on 01/01/2022 for a fee of
    Shs. 50,000 / = for CSEE registrants and Shs. 30,000 / = for
    QT subscribers and it will expire on 28/02/2022. In addition, they will register for
    late from 01/03/2022 to 31/03/2022 will pay
    Shs. 65,000 / = for Form Four Candidates (CSEE) and Shs
    40,000 / = for Qualification Test Candidates (QT) if it is a fee of
    usually combined with fines.
  2. The candidate who will register to take the Form Four (CSEE) 2022 Examination is
    the one who repeats the Form Four Examination (CSEE) or has done with
    pass the QT Test in less than five (5) years
    moderately or having the same qualifications as those obtained from abroad and
    to be aligned with the Examinations Council of Tanzania.
  3. The candidate who will register to take the Knowledge Test is the one who is looking for it
    qualification to take the Form Four Examination as an Independent Candidate.
  4. Registration is done online, by following the following steps;
    (a) Arrive at the Examination Center to obtain a reference number (Reference
    Number) which is provided free of charge.
    (b) Arrive at the Post Office to obtain a ‘Control Number’ for payment of fees
    of the Exam or log on to the Examination Council website to create it
    ‘Control number’ to make payments in the prescribed order.
    (c) Pay the Examination fee via Post or Bank using
    ‘Control Number’.
    (d) Arrive at the Post Office to register or register yourself through the Council website
    of Exams by following the steps shown on the website
    (e) After registration is completed print and submit one copy of the form
    Post Office, submit a second copy to the Center you will be working on
    The test and the third copy of the form should be kept by you (the candidate)
    himself for reference.
  5. A description of the procedure to follow in the registration is provided
    on the Examination Council website www.necta.go.tz. All applicants
    are urged to make sure they register early as the registration system
    will be closed after the registration period has expired.

Katibu Mtendaji, Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania anapenda kuwajulisha watu wote wanaotarajia kufanya Mtihani wa Kidato cha Nne (CSEE) na Maarifa (QT) Novemba, 2022 kama Watahiniwa wa Kujitegemea kwamba; 1. Kipindi cha kawaida cha Usajili kitaanza tarehe 01/01/2022 kwa ada ya Shilingi 50,000/= kwa wanaojisajili CSEE na Shilingi 30,000/= kwa wanaojisajili QT na kitaishia tarehe 28/02/2022.

Aidha, watakaojisajili kwa kuchelewa kuanzia tarehe 01/03/2022 hadi tarehe 31/03/2022 watalipa Shilingi 65,000/= kwa Watahiniwa wa Kidato cha Nne (CSEE) na Shilingi 40,000/= kwa Watahiniwa wa Mtihani wa Maarifa (QT) ikiwa ni ada ya kawaida pamoja na faini.

  1. Mtahiniwa atakayejisajili kufanya Mtihani wa Kidato cha Nne (CSEE) 2022 ni yule ambaye anarudia Mtihani wa Kidato cha Nne (CSEE) au amefanya na kufaulu Mtihani wa Maarifa (QT) katika kipindi kisichozidi miaka mitano (5) iliyopita au mwenye sifa zinazolingana na hizo alizopata kutoka nje ya Nchi na kufanyiwa ulinganifu na Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania.
  2. Mtahiniwa atakayejisajili kufanya Mtihani wa Maarifa ni yule ambaye anatafuta sifa ya kufanya Mtihani wa Kidato cha Nne kama Mtahiniwa wa Kujitegemea.
  3. Usajili unafanyika kwa njia ya mtandao, kwa kufuata hatua zifuatazo; (a) Fika Kituo utakachofanyia Mtihani ili kupata namba rejea (Reference Number) ambayo inatolewa bure. (b) Fika Ofisi ya Posta kupata ‘Control Number’ ya kufanyia malipo ya ada ya Mtihani au ingia katika tovuti ya Baraza la Mitihani ili utengeneze ‘Control number’ ya kufanyia malipo kwa utaratibu ulioelekezwa. (c) Fanya malipo ya ada ya Mtihani kupitia Posta au Benki kwa kutumia ‘Control Number’. (d) Fika Posta kufanya usajili au jisajili mwenyewe kupitia tovuti ya Baraza la Mitihani kwa kufuata hatua zilizooneshwa kwenye tovuti. (e) Baada ya usajili kukamilika chapa na wasilisha nakala moja ya fomu Ofisi ya Posta, wasilisha nakala ya pili kwenye Kituo utakachofanyia Mtihani na nakala ya tatu ya fomu itunzwe na wewe (mtahiniwa) mwenyewe kwa ajili ya kumbukumbu.
  4. Ufafanuzi kuhusu utaratibu wa hatua za kufuata katika usajili, umetolewa katika tovuti ya Baraza la Mitihani www.necta.go.tz. Waombaji wote wanasisitizwa kuhakikisha wanajisajili mapema kwani mfumo wa usajili utafungwa baada ya kipindi cha usajili kumalizika.
