This woman, who goes by the Instagram handle “Noe Dreams,” shot to fame after TV news cameras in Qatar picked up on her daring stunt. Her topless act was caught by eagle-eyed spectators after she appeared to flash the cameras.

Milubarbiee, another friend who was seen on camera braless during the crazed celebrations, dubbed the two of them “The Topless Girls.” In Qatar, where women are restricted from wearing exposing attire in public and public nudity is forbidden, their acts risked arrest and potentially a lengthy prison sentence.
She shared even more revealing video clips of herself with her expanding fan base. Noe posted a video of Messi and the rest of the Argentine squad celebrating their amazing penalty shootout victory over France, as well as several photos of herself outside the stadium waving the blue and white Argentine flag.
