To delete your Gmail account, you will need to delete your entire Google Account. This will delete all of the data associated with your account, including your emails, documents, and photos.

How to delete Gmail account
Here’s how to delete your Gmail account or just the Gmail service:
- Go to the Google Account settings page by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner of the Google homepage and selecting “My Account.”
- In the “Account Preferences” section, click the “Delete your account or services” option.
- Click the “Delete Products” button.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Select the Gmail service from the list of products that you want to delete.
- Click the “Delete” button to confirm your action.
Note: If you choose to delete your entire Google Account, you will also need to cancel any paid subscriptions or memberships associated with your account.

Keep in mind that once you delete your Gmail account or the Gmail service, you will no longer be able to use it to send or receive emails, and you will lose access to any data associated with the account, including emails, documents, and photos.
