Yeah, you read that right. As per records that have popped up on the internet, Gervonta Davis has been arrested by Parkland police in Florida. Soon after, he was booked into Broward County Jail.
Davis was arrested by the cops on Tuesday night, December 27, 2022. He was caught by the police authorities for what is listed as battery causing bodily harm, which is a domestic violence offense.

For those of you who are unaware, let us tell you, in the year 2020, Gervonta Davis was caught on video getting physical with his baby mama Andretta Smothers at a celebrity basketball event in Miami. The event saw the light of day in February 2020.
As per a report by New York Post, back in the year 2020, the professional boxer was charged with simple battery domestic assault after forcefully grabbing the mother of his child by her neck.
In the video that surfaced on social media, Davis took his former girlfriend out of her seat at a charity basketball game at the University of Miami. Not only that, he pushed his ex-girlfriend out of the arena while having an argument.
The clip obtained by TMZ showed the altercation that happened between Davis and his former flame Andretta Smothers at the basketball game. In the footage, Gervonta seems to take a swing in the direction of the woman, who comes charging back at him seconds later.
It has been reported by the media outlet that the two of them parted ways before Davis got into a separate dispute with another man in the room, who appeared to be recording the video of the entire incident on his mobile phone.

In a since-deleted Instagram post, Gervonta Davis wrote, “I never once hit her. Yea I was aggressive and told her come on … That’s the mother of my child. I would never hurt her other than that happy new years January was trassshhhh.”
