Tanzanian singer and songwriter Zuchu has once again proved that she is a force to be reckoned with after making a brand new record in Africa on the streaming service, Boomplay.

WCB Signee Zuchu has achieved a new milestone on Africa’s most popular streaming service Boomplay. The new milestone comes a few weeks after the Zanzibar born and raised, became the first female artist in Tanzania to earn a nomination at the prestigious MTV EMAs.
With about 112 Million streams On Boomplay, Zuchu is now the second most streamed African female artist after Nigeria’s, Simi who is the first with 122 Million streams on the platform.
In addition, Zuchu is, also the first female artist in Tanzania and East Africa to enroll on Boomplay’s Golden Club after he recently clocked 100 Million streams on the platform.

Apart from that Zuchu is also the most subscribed female artist in Sub-Saharan Africa on Youtube and she is also the leading Tanzanian artist on Audiomack in terms of monthly listeners.
