- Bell peppers
- cutting board

How to cut a bell pepper
- Prepare the peppers. Rinse and place the peppers onto a cutting board.
- Slice off the top stem. Remove the top stem by slicing off and throwing it away, setting the pepper portion to the side.
- Remove the core. Using your hands, remove the core of the pepper and tap out any remaining seeds. Throw the core and seeds away.
Julienne Peppers
Cut the pepper in half. Slice the curved bottom section off, setting it aside. To make julienned peppers or pepper strips, slice each side of the pepper into thin strips.

Diced Peppers
To make diced peppers, turn the pepper strips to the side and chop them into small cubes.
Pepper Rings
To make pepper rings take a whole pepper, cutting off the top and bottom, removing the core, and slicing whole from front to back.
