This method can be said to be a golden method because it allows you to use USSD code to link NIN to your Airtel line without the need to have an internet-enabled phone or the need to waste your data unnecessarily.
- Just Dial 1211# from the Airtel SIM card that you want to link to NIN.
- From the next popup, press 1 and then click the OK or Send button.
- After which you should enter your NIN which is the 11-digit number issued to you by NIN.
(Note that the name on the NIN must be the same as the name that you used to register the airtel phone number).
After entering your NIN and hitting the submit button, you should patiently wait for a message from the Airtel Network provider confirming your submission.
