How to pay GOtv via M-Pesa In this section, we will show you how to pay for your GOtv subscription via Mpesa. Payment through M-Pesa is the most convenient way of paying for a GOtv subscription.

For paying GOtv via M-Pesa, you must first make sure that your decoder is kept on during the whole process. After that, just follow this GOtv M-Pesa payment procedure:

First you have to select M-PESA menu from the Safaricom SIM tool kit and choose “Lipa na M-PESA”
From there choose “Pay Bill”
After that, you have to enter the “GOtv M-Pesa Business number”. This will be essentially the GOtv Paybill number, 423655. Press OK.
Then you will find “Enter account number” where the customer has to enter the IUC number which can be found on the red sticker at the bottom of the GOtv decoder, and press “OK”
Once you are done with this the monthly subscription amount has to be provided in “Enter Amount” and select “OK”
Enter the M-Pesa PIN and press “OK”
Then confirm all the details once and press on “OK”
