On July 11, 2019 Robert Sylvester Kelly, professionally known as R-Kelly was charged with sexual harassment of a young girl who he was teaching music. His criminal record lies way back over two decades ago.

Since his musical journey began in the ’90s. When 27 in the year 1994, he married 15-year-old Aaliyah. They faked her certificate and changed her age into being 18 years. The court realized that in 1995 they got the marriage aborted. Both Aaliyah and R-Kelly never wanted to answer the questions about their marriage.
However; There have been many other cases of sexually-related assaults on young teenagers. In the year 2019, Kelly was arrested for engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14 years child. The bail was denied so he has been held captive to the present day.

This week he has been indicted on charges of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy. So far they are awaiting evidence of these allegations in order to link it to the charges against him, including sexual harassment of young girls, which will begin in August this year.
