Ingredients

- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- Oil for frying (such as vegetable or canola oil)

Instructions:
- Prepare three shallow dishes, one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumbs.

- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley or oregano
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
