White Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake

White Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake

White chocolate Oreo cheesecake is a variation of the traditional no-bake Oreo cheesecake that incorporates white chocolate into the recipe. Here is a basic recipe for white chocolate Oreo cheesecake:

Ingredients:
  • 18 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
Instructions:
  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly fold in the melted and cooled white chocolate.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Crush additional Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until firm. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice to serve.
Note:
  • You can also add a layer of white chocolate ganache on top of the cheesecake before adding the crushed Oreos.
  • If you don’t have a springform pan, you can use a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
