Cindy Le Coeur, born Candy Nkunku in November 1983 in Kinshasa, Zaire, is a celebrated Congolese recording artist, singer, and dancer. She is well-known for her membership in the Congolese band Quartier Latin International, which is led by the prolific musician Koffi Olomide.

Cindy has a rich musical background, having grown up inspired by international icons such as Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, and M’bilia Bel. Her musical journey began in earnest after graduating from the National Institute of Arts in Kinshasa, initially starting in gospel music before transitioning to secular music and joining Koffi Olomide’s band.
