Colin Kelly Jost (born June 29, 1982) is an American comedian, writer, and actor. He has been a staff writer for NBC’s Saturday Night Live since 2005 and co-anchors Weekend Update since 2014. Jost served as co-head writer from 2012 to 2015 and returned as head writer from 2017 to 2022, alongside Michael Che.
